LEARNING OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this CME activity, the participant should be able to:
- Discuss the idea of value-based medicine and explain how interventions are quantified in this approach.
- Critique the current US health care system and identify strengths and weaknesses in the current national health plan.
- Define "time tradeoff" as it applies to value-based medicine.
